Those are the common leader qualities that make us believe in their speeches and believe in their ability to be our leader. We must be very careful in choosing the right leader and not simply fall for these qualities as they can develop these qualities just to get our trust and believe.
Clearly and simple said,leaders should have persuasive power just like Churchill and Hitler,though their speech were lengthy ,it has great power in making people to get attracted to what they said.Confidence were in them to get people's trust,these leaders knew that they have to stand strong in their thoughts and deliver them confidently infront of massive amount of crowd.I find choices of word to play a big role as well,as the saying goes,'words are sharper than knife'.Words by these leaders were not hurting people,instead,being ironical to the saying,it gave great trust towards these magnificent leaders! A leader should have such qualities but at the same time,I hope future leader do are not heartless as Churchill and Hitler who motifs war. Peace!
